Effective: January 2026 | VECTUZ Web Design, Nairobi, Kenya
VECTUZ agrees to design and deliver websites as outlined in the agreed package. Deliverables, timelines, and scope will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the final site is handed over or deployed. We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, KCB, Equity Bank, DTB, and Standard Chartered Bank transfers.
Each package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this are billed at KES 2,000 per round.
Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and all required content (text, images, branding) is provided by the client. Delays caused by missing client materials will extend the delivery date accordingly.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, branding assets, and content required for the project. VECTUZ is not liable for errors arising from incorrect client-supplied information.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website. VECTUZ retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If VECTUZ is unable to complete the project, a full refund of all payments will be issued.
Post-launch support is included as specified per package. Support covers bug fixes and minor updates. New features or redesigns are treated as separate projects.
VECTUZ does not sell, share, or disclose client data to any third party. Period. All information submitted through our website is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation before any formal proceedings.
