Starter sites typically launch in 5 working days. Business and Premium builds usually take 2–4 weeks depending on how much content and how many features are involved. MAX projects (web + mobile apps) run on a custom timeline we agree on upfront.
Every project runs on a 50/50 split: 50% deposit to begin work, and the remaining 50% on completion before final handover. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has started, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Every package includes 3 rounds of revisions during the build. This covers layout, copy, and design adjustments. Extra rounds beyond that, or requests after final handover, are quoted separately.
Yes — M-Pesa is supported from the Starter package upward, and Business and above include full card and mobile money checkout too, so customers can pay however suits them.
